Terms and Conditions.........

All materials and labour carried out , hours, and sourced goods , must be paid for in full / and are the property of P&A Blockpaving Specialists until customer paid in full.

Payment in full upon completion of works quoted for.

Any extra work added by the customer after the quotation, must be charged for and paid for in full.

Any repairs resulting from P&A Blockpaving Specialists, not undertaking the ground works, will be charged for..

P&A has public liability insurance and employers liability insurance, any accidents from carriage from the suppliers, merchants or other, P&A will not be responsible for. Although all care is taken for health and safety at all times. we only use reputable suppliers/merchants.

P&A Blockpaving Specialists require 21 days notice of cancellation. No deposits are taken.

Our 5 year Guarantee, does not cover general maintainance or weeding, spillages by other parties, oil leeks etc, resanding, or sinkages resulting from excessive weight , eg skips.

Or Sinkages where utility companies have worked on you property.

Our guarantee does not cover goods sourced by the customer rather than from P&A , eg, blocks, bricks, cobbles, slabs, etc , where the customer has bought themselves . where the colours might not match, goods have stains or chips etc , this is for you to take up with where you sourced the materials.

Although P&A does quote for materials included and sourced by P&A unless otherwise specified by customer who wishes to use their own.

P&A Blockpaving Specialists , at our registered address, disassociate ourselves from any other company using our logo, name or similar , illegally .
